Permitted Use
You may use PrimeAxis to research relevant businesses, prepare truthful B2B campaigns, monitor engagement, manage replies, and coordinate legitimate sales follow-up.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
- False, deceptive, or misleading sender information, subject lines, offers, or claims.
- Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, or illegal activity.
- Phishing, malware, credential theft, impersonation, or fraud.
- Campaigns involving prohibited goods, exploitative services, or unlawful financial claims.
- Attempts to bypass opt-outs, suppression lists, sending safeguards, or provider restrictions.
- Use of data without the rights or lawful basis required for that use.
Customer Lists and Exclusions
Customers must provide relevant suppression lists, restricted audiences, existing-customer exclusions, and known do-not-contact requests before launch.
Enforcement
PrimeAxis may decline, pause, or terminate a campaign or account when activity appears unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful to sender reputation, or inconsistent with this policy.
