PrimeAxis

Data Use and Compliance

Last updated September 2, 2026

PrimeAxis supports responsible US B2B email marketing with practical controls throughout campaign preparation and operation. PrimeAxis does not provide a blanket legal guarantee, and customers remain responsible for their audience, offer, claims, sender identity, and applicable requirements.

Campaign Approval

Campaign direction and email copy are reviewed before launch. Customers must identify restricted audiences, existing customers, exclusions, and claims that require special handling.

Sender Readiness

PrimeAxis checks sender details and mailbox readiness before sending. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate sender identification, required business information, and properly configured sending domains and mailboxes.

Suppression and Opt-Outs

Unsubscribe requests, complaints, customer-provided exclusions, and do-not-contact instructions must be suppressed from future campaign sending. Customers must promptly share any requests received outside the PrimeAxis system.

Data Sources and Use

Campaign records may use public business information, customer-provided data, licensed enrichment sources, and information published on business websites. Data is used to prepare and operate the customer's campaign and workspace.

Monitoring

PrimeAxis monitors bounces, complaints, reply signals, and campaign health so sending can be adjusted or paused when needed. Deliverability and campaign outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
