PrimeAxis provides managed AI email marketing research, campaign preparation, monitoring, and a connected customer workspace. These terms describe the basic conditions for using our services.
Service Scope
PrimeAxis provides campaign research, account targeting, decision-maker enrichment, contact verification, sequence writing, QA, launch preparation, monitoring, reply classification, optimization, and related campaign workspace services. Specific deliverables depend on the current package or written agreement.
Subscription and Promotional Setup
Managed AI Email Marketing is billed monthly unless a different written arrangement is agreed. Promotional setup may be included for qualifying new subscriptions. Domain, mailbox, sending-platform, and other third-party expenses remain separate unless specifically stated in writing.
No Performance Guarantee
We do not guarantee replies, revenue, deliverability, or specific campaign performance. We guarantee the agreed campaign work, QA, and review process.
Approval Before Sending
Campaigns require review before launch. Emails are not sent without approval. Customers are responsible for making sure their offer, claims, target audience, and sending practices are lawful and appropriate for their business.
Third-Party Costs
Sending domains, inboxes, warmup, enrichment providers, software subscriptions, and other third-party costs are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
Prospect Data and Campaign Use
Campaign data is prepared for the customer's campaign use. Customers are responsible for using prospect data lawfully and for honoring suppression lists, opt-outs, and any applicable outreach rules.
Intellectual Property
After payment, campaign deliverables prepared specifically for the customer may be used by the customer for their business outreach. PrimeAxis retains ownership of its underlying tools, workflows, templates, systems, and platform.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because campaign work begins with research and preparation, completed campaign work is generally non-refundable. Customers may cancel a month-to-month subscription before the next billing period, subject to any written notice terms agreed during onboarding.
Compliance
Customers must not use PrimeAxis for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited outreach. Suppression lists, exclusions, and compliance instructions should be provided before campaign work begins.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PrimeAxis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to campaign use or performance.
Prohibited Campaigns
We may decline, pause, or terminate campaigns that appear unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or outside the agreed scope.
