PrimeAxis provides outbound lead pilots, campaign builds, app access, lead enrichment workflows, email follow-up workflows, and managed outbound services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to customers and site visitors.
Information We Collect
- Contact and account information: name, email address, company name, website, role, billing status, support messages, and sign-in details.
- Campaign intake information: target market, offer, customer value, exclusions, notes, sending preferences, and managed outbound requirements.
- Workspace information: saved leads, skipped leads, notes, statuses, uploaded sheet links, campaign settings, usage events, and app activity.
- Lead and prospect information: business names, websites, locations, phone numbers, ratings, social profiles, decision-maker names, roles, professional email addresses, LinkedIn URLs, enrichment fields, and campaign activity.
- Payment information: checkout status, plan, invoice references, and billing metadata. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by PrimeAxis.
- Device and analytics information: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, cookies, and similar usage signals.
How We Use Information
- To provide the PrimeAxis app, lead review tools, campaign workspace, and managed outbound services.
- To process campaign briefs, build lead lists, enrich records, generate email follow-up copy, and prepare outbound assets.
- To process payments, provide receipts, manage credits or package access, and handle billing support.
- To communicate about onboarding, project status, support, deliverability, policy compliance, and account security.
- To improve product quality, debug errors, measure performance, prevent abuse, and analyze aggregate usage.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our policies, and protect PrimeAxis, customers, prospects, and third parties.
Third-Party Tools and Vendors
We may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, forms, email delivery, analytics, databases, enrichment, automation, support, and campaign operations. These vendors may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Lead and Contact Data
PrimeAxis may use public sources, third-party enrichment providers, customer-supplied data, and business research to prepare campaign records. Lead and contact data is used to provide the requested services and is subject to our Data Use / Compliance Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

How We Share Information
We do not sell customer campaign files as standalone data products. We may share information with service providers, payment processors, legal or compliance advisors, law enforcement when required, and business successors if PrimeAxis is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We may keep limited backup, audit, security, and billing records even after account deletion where necessary.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also request that we delete or update campaign information where operationally and legally possible.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service is perfectly secure, so customers should avoid submitting sensitive personal, health, financial, or regulated data unless explicitly required and approved for a specific service scope.
Children
PrimeAxis is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
